You know everybody always says that food feeds the soul, well music feeds the soul too. But I think what's more important is that food and music feed into each other. I mean think about it, for food to be at its best, whether it's a hotdog or a fifteen course tasting menu in a restaurant, it has to be symphonic. It can't just be a single not plucked on a guitar string. But when food is really seasoned well, when it's hitting on all cylinders, when all the elements in a plate sort of come together, well then, it's symphonic. It's dozens of instruments all playing together at the same time, and that's...that's when shit gets really crazy. Here's the thing with food and music, of all the cultural totems in the world, those two are the most powerful. I mean...think about it? Food, music, math...if you take away somebody's quadratic equation nobodies gonna give a shit right? Take away their boombox, or take away their bread and well, that's the stuff that revolutions are made of. That's when shit gets really crazy.
