Zohar Argov, born Zohar Orkabi on July 16, 1955, in Rishon LeZion, Israel, was a
singer known for his distinctive voice in the Mizrahi music scene. He began his
professional career at age 22 with a single featuring two songs written and
composed by Moshe Nagar. In 1980, he released his debut album Elinor, which
included notable tracks such as "Sod HaMazalot" ("The Zodiac Secret") and "Mah
Lakh, Yaldah?" ("What's with You, Girl?"). Argov gained significant recognition
