Yehoram Gaon, born as יהורם גאון on December 28, 1939 in Jerusalem, Israel, is a
singer. Gaon began his career in the performing arts during his military service
with the Nahal entertainment troupe. He joined the Yarkon Bridge Trio and was
part of the original singing group HaTarnegolim (The Roosters). Gaon gained
prominence with his rendition of Naomi Shemer's Od Lo Ahavti Dai (1977), which
he released as an album containing songs themed around nature. He performed at
the Nobel Prize ceremony in Oslo in 1994 and recorded "Shir Ha’avoda Vehamlacha"
for Pioneers For A Cure in 2009...
