Wordsworth
Vinson Jamel Johnson, known professionally as Wordsworth, is an American rapper
from Brooklyn, New York. His early career included recording with Punchline on
A Tribe Called Quest’s The Love Movement and Black Star’s Mos Def & Talib Kweli
Are Black Star in 1998, and performing on The Lyricist Lounge Show. He released
the single "On Your Feet"/"That Way" in 2002. Wordsworth’s solo discography
progressed with the albums Mirror Music (2004), The Photo Album (2012), and
Champion Sounds (2019). He also collaborated with artists such as J‑Live,
Soulive, and Prince Paul.
