Werner Krenn

Werner Krenn, born on September 21, 1943, in Vienna, Austria, is an Austrian tenor and actor. As a child, he was a member of the Vienna Boys' Choir , touring Europe and North America. Krenn trained at the music academy in Vienna, specializing as a lyrical tenor. His debut performance took place in Salzburg, followed by engagements both domestically and internationally. In 1971, he joined the Vienna State Opera. During his peak career years (1966-1975), Krenn was also a frequent guest on festive events and entertainment shows, notably the Die Drehscheibe on ZDF.
