Wax Motif
Wax Motif is the stage name of Australian DJ and record producer Danny Chien,
born on November 20, 1984. Based in Los Angeles, Motif began his professional
recording career in 2008 and released the lead single “Celine” in 2011. He
gained international recognition as a pioneer of the G-house movement,
collaborating with artists such as Destructo, Ty Dolla Sign, and Warren G. In
2015, he released the debut EP True Joy on the Mad Decent label, followed by the
