Warlock
Warlock was a German heavy metal band formed in October 1982 in Düsseldorf, West
Germany. The group, which emerged from the local underground band Snakebite,
featured Doro Pesch on vocals. Their debut studio album, Burning the Witches,
was recorded in 1984 under Mausoleum Records. In early 1985, the group signed
with Phonogram and released the second album, Hellbound, on Vertigo Records. The
band toured extensively in Europe and performed a notable set at the Monsters of
