Paul Wade Bowen, born October 18, 1978 in Waco, Texas, is an American
singer-songwriter known for his contributions to Texas country music. He began
his career as part of the band West 84 with Matt Miller, which later became Wade
Bowen and West 84. His first album, Try Not To Listen, released in 2002, gained
regional popularity in Texas. Subsequent studio albums include Lost Hotel (2006)
and If We Ever Make It Home (2008). In 2012, Bowen released The Given, his first
