Maulidia Octavia, known professionally as Via Vallen, was born on October 1,
1991, in Surabaya, East Java, and is an Indonesian singer who speaks Indonesian
and Javanese. She began her singing career at age 15 and started performing with
the dangdut band Sera in 2008. Her solo career commenced with the release of
"Selingkuh" in early 2015. In 2016, she released her debut album The Names. She
gained significant popularity with the single "Sayang", which surpassed one
