Alla Perfilova, known under the stage name Valeriya, was born in the small town
of Atkarsk in RSFSR (now - Russian Federation) in 1968. She now is one of the
brightest pop stars in the Russian show business. From the 80s’, the singer
performed under her real name but in 1991, with the help of her producer
Alexander Shulgin who created the stage name Valeriya, her career had taken off.
In 1995, the single « Моя Москва » ("My Moscow") along with the album Анна
