Valentin Ceccaldi
Valentin Ceccaldi, born on February 3, 1989 in Pithiviers, France, is a French
jazz cellist and composer. From a musical family, he initially learned
percussion before switching to string instruments. Ceccaldi began his musical
education at his father's local music school and later studied under notable
figures such as Raphaële Semezis, Florian Lauridon, Joëlle Léandre, Vincent
Courtois, Elise Dabrowski, Contessa Pascal, PRINT, and Stevan Kovacs Tickmayer.
He gained recognition through collaborations with various ensembles including
Marcel & Solange, Théo Ceccaldi Trio, Walabix, ...
