鬱P (Utsu-P), born December 1, 1990, in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, is a
Japanese musician and Vocaloid producer. He taught himself to play bass guitar
with his high school friend Nagi, who already knew how to play guitar. In 2008,
at the age of 17, he began releasing music on Nico Nico Douga using the VOCALOID
voice bank Hatsune Miku. His first nationally distributed album, 悪巫山戯, was
released in 2013. In 2015, he formed the melodic metalcore band OHAYOGOZAIMAS
with Nagi, serving as the composer, bassist, and leader. Utsu-P also founded the
