Undercover
Undercover, a British dance music group, were formed in 1991. The band consisted
of John Matthews on vocals, Jon Jules on bass guitar, and Steve Mac on
keyboards. Their breakthrough came with the release of their debut single "Baker
Street", a cover version of Gerry Rafferty's 1978 hit, which reached number two
on the UK Singles Chart in September 1992. This success was followed by another
top five hit, "Never Let Her Slip Away" (a cover of Andrew Gold's 1978 track),
