Txarango
Txarango, a Catalan musical group from Barcelona, Spain, was formed in 2010. The
band's origins traced back to 2006 when Alguer Miquel, Marcel "Tito" Lázara, and
Sergi "Hipi" Carbonell began performing impromptu concerts in the Gothic Quarter
of Barcelona. Their initial project, named Txarangö with a diaeresis over the
"o", evolved into Txarango after a hiatus. The band's debut EP Welcome to
Clownia was released in 2010, featuring the songs "Nits amb Txarango" and
"Vola". In 2012, they signed with Éxits Produccions & Management and released
their first full-length album Benvingut...
