Tracy Bonham is an American singer, songwriter and violinist born on March 27,
1967 in Boston, Massachusetts. She is best known for her success in the 1990s,
when her violin playing blended alternative rock, power pop and classical
influences. After studying classical music at the Boston Conservatory, she
turned to rock and signed a contract with Island Records. Her debut album, The
