Tourbillon
Tourbillon is a Japanese music unit composed of RYUICHI (LUNA SEA), INORAN (LUNA
SEA), and composer H.Hayama. The project began in the early 2000s when RYUICHI
met Hayama at a golf event and later reconnected with INORAN to explore musical
collaboration. Their first unofficial performance together came in 2003 during a
tribute concert for AION, an influential indie-era band, where they covered four
AION songs—drawing considerable attention from LUNA SEA fans. Initially
nicknamed Samurai 3 during demo recordings, the group formally adopted the name
