Timoria, an Italian alternative rock band from Brescia, was formed in 1985 by
guitarist Omar Pedrini. Initially known as Sigma Six and later Precious Time,
they changed their name to Timoria after winning the Rock Targato Italia contest
in 1986. Their debut album, Colori che esplodono, was released in 1990 and
featured the single "Milano". Timoria gained national attention by participating
in the Sanremo Music Festival in 1991 with "L'Uomo che ride". The band's
subsequent albums include Ritmo e dolore (1991), Storie per vivere (1992), and
Viaggio senza vento (1993). Their album 2...
