Thomas Roussel
Thomas Roussel (born 21 January 1979 in Dijon, France) is a French violinist,
composer and arranger. He contributed orchestrations to Pascal Thomas’s features
from 2005 to 2012 and joined the electronic‑symphonic group SomethingALaMode in
2008. In 2015, he launched the solo project Prequell, issuing the album The
Future Comes Before in 2017. Roussel collaborated with Jeff Mills and Loris
Greaud, arranged music for high‑profile fashion shows, and in February 2026
re‑orchestrated the Marseillaise for the Alpine 2030 Olympic hand‑over ceremony.
