The Young Escape
The Young Escape is a Christian electro-pop band from Riverside, California,
where it was formed in 2016. Made up of siblings Ryan, McKenna, Kyrsten and Luke
Johns, they quickly made a name for themselves with an energetic sound blending
indie pop, electronic textures and polished production, driven by McKenna Johns'
powerful vocals. In 2017, they signed to the Capitol Christian Music Group label
and released their debut single "Good Life", which reached number one on the
