The Flee-Rekkers, a British instrumental rock and roll band, were formed in the
late 1950s. The group was fronted by tenor saxophonist Peter Luke Fleerackers.
Other members included Dave 'Tex' Cameron (lead guitar), Alan Monger (rhythm
guitar, baritone sax), Elmy Durrant (tenor sax), Doug Henning (bass), and Mickey
Waller (drums). The Flee-Rekkers were discovered playing at The Hive Jive in
Putney, South West London, by producer Joe Meek, who produced their first single
