The Fireflies
The Fireflies were formed in Denmark by producer Soulshock as a country‑pop trio
consisting of Henriette Andersen, Julia Fabrin Jakobsen, and Mathilde
Christensen. The group entered the public eye as contestants on the third season
of The X Factor in 2010, where they reached the semi‑finals before being
eliminated, finishing in fourth place. After signing with the A:larm label, they
released their self‑titled debut album in October 2010, along with the single
"It's Useless".
