Julien Pradeyrol, known professionally as Teki Latex, was born in 1978 in
Paris’s 14th arrondissement, France, and works as a singer, producer, DJ and
rapper. He entered the music scene in the mid-1990s as a member of the rap
collective Baldazz, later renamed TTC with Cuizinier and Tido Berman; the group
released the early EP Game Over 99 in 1999, attracting the British label Big
Dada. TTC’s debut album Ceci n’est pas un disque (2002) was followed by Bâtards
sensibles (2004), an electro-styled record that earned the group a nomination
