Taktika
Taktika, the flagship group of Quebec hip-hop, formed in 1996 in Quebec City.
Their albums Mon Mic, Mon Forty, Mon Blunt (2001), L'Affaire Taktika (2005) and
Le Coeur et la Raison (2008) make them representatives of an unabashedly
French-Canadian rap scene that owes nothing to its American neighbors or French
cousins.
