Daniel Armand Lee, who goes by the name Tablo, is a Canadian-Korean hip-hop and
K-pop performer and producer, known best as the leader of the South Korean rap
act Epik High. Born on July 22, 1980, in Seoul, he grew up in Vancouver, Canada,
where he studied creative writing and music - starting with the piano and then
switching to violin. He began writing songs, including the lyrics for "Rainy
Christmas" recorded by Kim Gun-mo. He formed Epik High with rappers DJ Tukutz
