Suzie
Suzie was born Martina Carina Peereboom on August 21, 1946 in Tilburg, the
Netherlands. She is a Dutch-Swedish singer and artist who is considered one of
the most distinctive voices of German-language pop and pop music in the 1960s.
Even as a child, she performed as an artist in the circus and spoke several
languages fluently. In 1963, Suzie received her first recording contract in
Sweden, where she began her singing career. In 1964, she released the song
"Johnny komm'",the German version of her English title "Johnny Loves Me", and
