Super Junior-M, a Korean-Mandopop boy band, debuted in Seoul, South Korea in
April 2008 as a sub-unit of Super Junior. The group initially consisted of
Hangeng, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun, Zhou Mi, and Henry Lau. Their debut
album Me was released in China on April 23, 2008, quickly gaining popularity and
winning the Asia's Most Popular New Group award at the 5th annual Music King
Awards in Macao on May 25, 2008. In December 2009, Hangeng left due to a legal
