Stand High Patrol
Stand High Patrol was formed in 2001 by DJs Rootystep and Mac Gyver, who were
soon joined by MC Pupajim. Hailing from Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine), this sound
system—in the purest Jamaican tradition—tours bars and venues throughout
Brittany. Stand High Patrol has developed a distinctive dub style that appeals
far beyond the genre’s usual audience. Stand High Patrol founded its own label
in 2009 and released its debut album, *Midnight Walkers*, in 2012. A regular at
