Snowy Shaw, born Tommie Mike Christer Helgesson on July 25, 1968, in Göteborg,
Sweden, is a Swedish heavy metal musician known for his versatility as a drummer
and multi-instrumentalist. Shaw began playing the drums at age thirteen,
inspired by Peter Criss and the Kiss album Destroyer. He started his
professional career in 1989 when he replaced Mikkey Dee as the drummer for King
Diamond, staying with the band until 1994. Throughout his career, Shaw has been
