Keisuke Ueda, known as SKRYU, was born on 3 September 1996 in Yasugi, Shimane,
Japan, and became a Japanese rapper after discovering the genre in high school.
He studied at Ehime University, met Daikandai Cipher, and joined Disry, winning
the 2018 UMB Ehime title. After working as a banker, he moved to Tokyo in 2020;
his debut EP SCREEN SAVER topped iTunes Japan’s hip‑hop chart, and ISHORTCUT
reached number two. He followed with OUT OF MEMORY (2021), MUNASAWAGI,(2022) and
