Shalom "Shuli" Rand, born on February 8, 1962 in Bnei Brak, Israel, is a singer
and actor known for his contributions to Jewish music. After attending the Or
Etzion yeshiva and serving in the Israeli army, Shalom "Shuli" Rand pursued
acting at the Nissan Nativ Acting Studio in Tel Aviv. His breakthrough in music
came after the release of his debut album Nekuda Tova (2008), which sold over
