Kang Seul-gi (February 10, 1994), better known by her stage name Seulgi, is a
South Korean singer and dancer who rose to fame as a member of the girl group
Red Velvet. Born in the city of Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, she became a trainee at SM
Entertainment in 2007 and made her official debut with Red Velvet in 2014. The
group rapidly turned into one of the most popular female K-pop acts in the
