Sawyer were a Scottish indie rock band from Fife, Scotland, that formed in 1990.
The ensemble was founded by the vocalist John Mackie, the bassist Andrew Hunter,
the drummer Alan Findlay, and the guitarist Iain Hinchliffe and are famous for
their role in the Scottish indie scene and for their 2013 reunion performance in
Edinburgh. They achieved early professional recognition after releasing a double
