Šank Rock, a five-piece Slovenian rock group from Velenje, was formed in 1982.
Their debut album Pridite na žur was released in 1987. The band's lineup has
seen several changes over the years, including notable departures and returns of
key members such as Matjaž Jelen on vocals and Bor Zuljan on guitars. Šank Rock
released a series of albums throughout the late 1980s and 1990s, including Dobro
in zlo (1988) and Jaz nimam noč za spanje (1990). The band went on hiatus from
1999 to 2002. In January 2011, bassist Cvetko Polak and singer Matjaž Jelen left
the group due to disagreemen...
