Røde Mor, a Danish artist collective with a declared socialist stance, was
founded in 1968 and consisted of both a music group and a graphic design group.
The collective aimed to create political, proletarian art, producing hundreds of
posters, illustrations, books, flyers, exhibitions, records, and rock circus
performances over its ten-year existence. Their manifesto, presented in 1969,
