Rodrigo García Blanca, born on November 10, 1947 in Seville, Spain, was a
multi-instrumentalist, producer, singer-songwriter, and writer. He began
studying violin at age six, later expanding to piano and guitar. In 1963, García
moved to Bogotá, Colombia, leading Los Speakers and releasing their debut album
La casa del sol naciente in 1965. Upon returning to Spain in 1969, he worked as
a session musician before joining Los Pekenikes. He co-founded Solera in 1972
and later formed CRAG (Cánovas, Rodrigo, Adolfo y Guzmán) in 1974, releasing the
critically acclaimed album Señora azul....
