Richard Davies, known professionally as Rick Davies, was born on July 22, 1944,
in Swindon, England. He began his musical journey at a young age, initially
playing drums and later transitioning to keyboards. In the late 1960s, Davies
formed Supertramp with Roger Hodgson. The duo wrote most of their songs
