Lawrence Lee Thomas, born January 25, 1969, in Oakland, California, is an
American rapper known as Pooh‑Man. He released his album, Life of a Criminal,
in 1992, followed by Funky as I Wanna Be, which reached number 158 on the
Billboard Top 200 and featured MC Breed, Too Short, and Ant Banks. His 1993
album, Judgement Day, included disses aimed at Too Short, Ant Banks, Spice 1,
and The Dangerous Crew, and the single "Run Nigga Run" was later retitled "Run
Brother Run" for BET radio play. He contributed "Sex, Money, and Murder" to the
film Juice soundtrack and appeared in Menace I...
