Platinum Pied Pipers, a Detroit-based hip hop and R&B group, was formed in 2000
by producer Robert O'Bryant, also known as Waajeed, and multi-instrumentalist
Darnell Bolden, also known as Saadiq. The duo met through rapper Baatin in 1992
and began releasing 12"s and mixtapes. Their breakthrough came with the
