Yu Phil Zhang Chang, known professionally as Phil Chang, was born on April 30,
1967, in Taiwan. He is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter and television presenter.
By the time he graduated from Feng Chia University with a degree in financial
services, Chang had already established himself as an accomplished folk singer,
pianist, and guitarist. His first album, Walking the Wind, was released in 1992,
followed by his breakthrough album, Well-intentioned, in 1993. In 1997, he
