Paul Cargnello, born in Montreal, Canada, is a Canadian singer-songwriter,
producer, and poet. His musical journey began with the punk rock band The
Vendettas, which released two EPs and the full-length album It's Happening to
You! in 2000. Cargnello then embarked on a solo career with Lightweight Romeo
(2003) and Between Evils (2003). In 2007, he released his first French-language
album, Brûler le jour, featuring the hit single "Une rose noire", which reached
