Pascalis Arvanitidis, born August 24, 1946, is a Greek pop singer who began his
musical career in the 1960s as a vocalist and bassist for the band The
Olympians. He launched his solo career in 1974 with the debut single “Weine
nicht, Mama”, gaining recognition in German Schlager circles and performing the
song on the television show ZDF-Hitparade in 1975. He also released some singles
