Octoberman
Octoberman, a Canadian indie rock group based in Vancouver, British Columbia,
was formed in 2005 by Marc Morrissette. The band initially started as a solo
project by Morrissette after his return from travels in Asia and Europe. His
first album, These Trails Are Old and New, released in 2005, featured songs
inspired by his journeys. Octoberman transitioned into a full band for their
second album, Run From Safety (2007), which marked the departure of Morrissette
