North End was an American boogie and club music-influenced garage house group
that was active between 1979 and 1982. The band consisted of Arthur Baker,
Russell Presto, and Tony Carbone. North End debuted with the uptempo disco track
"Kind of Life (Kind of Love)", released by West End Records. Two years later,
they released "Happy Days" on Emergency Records, which peaked at number 9 on the
