Noise Addict was an Australian alternative rock band formed in 1993 in Bondi
Beach by Ben Lee on lead vocals and guitar. The group released their first EP
DEF (1993) under the Ecstatic Peace record label. A breakthrough came with the
single "I Wish I Was Him" (1993), which led to a deal with Grand Royal Records.
They released several EPs including The Taste in My Eyes (1994) and Young and
Jaded (1994). Their debut full-length album Meet the Real You was released in
