Noel Richards, born February 16, 1956, in Llantrisant, Wales, is a Welsh contemporary worship singer-songwriter and worship leader. He became a Christian during childhood and later studied guitar under pastor John Glass, who introduced him to contemporary Christian music. He launched his recording career in 1986 with the album The Danger Line, followed by Lionheart (1989), By Your Side (1990), and Thunder in the Skies (1993), which won the UK Christian Booksellers Album of the Year award in 1994.
