Nelson Antonio Osorio Montero, known as Nelson Henríquez, and born on January
27, 1944, in Maracaibo, Venezuela, was a singer-songwriter, musician, and
composer. He began his music career at a young age, releasing his first single
at 16 years old. In November 1966, he joined Billo's Caracas Boys, where he sang
boleros and replaced José Luis "El Puma" Rodríguez. Henríquez also performed
with Chucho Sanoja's orchestra, La Playa, and Super Combo Los Tropicales. His
