Natalia Mateo
Natalia Mateo is a Polish jazz singer born as Natalia Kowalczyk on March 28,
1983, in Warsaw. She was raised bilingually in Austria and Poland and received
early training in piano and violin. After studying humanities in Wroclaw and
Berlin, Mateo studied jazz singing at the Hochschule Osnabruck from 2011 to
2015. Her recording career began with the debut studio recording You (2013). She
released the studio recording Heart of Darkness (2015), which was recognized
