Nâdiya
(Nadiya)
Initially destined for athletics, which she practiced at a high level, Nâdiya
dreamed of becoming a singer. Revealed by the TV show Graine de Star on the
French channel M6, she recorded her first single in 1997, then disappeared for a
while, before reappearing in the 2000s. In four albums, released between 2001
and 2007, Nâdiya attained R&B star status.
