MxPx
MxPx is a punk rock band from Bremerton, Washington, formed in 1992 by Mike
Herrera on vocals and bass, Andy Husted on guitar, and Yuri Ruley on drums.
Initially known as Magnified Plaid, the group changed its name to M.P., which
became MxPx after the periods on a concert poster were mistaken for Xs. The
debut album, Pokinatcha, was released in 1994 under Tooth & Nail Records. In
1995, Husted left the band and was replaced by guitarist Tom Wisniewski. The
