Mr. Fox was an early 1970s British folk rock band formed in England. The group
consisted of Bob Pegg and Carole Butler, who met as young folk singers at the
Nottingham Folk Workshop and later married. They began their music career
performing together in the Midlands and contributed to The Second Wave LP in
1965. In 1970, they released their debut album, Mr. Fox, which included the
signature song "Little Woman" and featured a hybrid sound with classically
